Functional Training
All the classes at Motion offer a full body workout and are designed to develop strength endurance and stress your energy systems. This in turn will make you feel the best you can in a safe, fun and welcoming environment. We utilise multiple training systems to develop different training thresholds.
COMMUNITY
We pride ourselves on the community we have built at Motion and this is one of the most important aspects of our facility. The people in our community encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals and help you push that little bit more. Start training with friends. Make new friends. The fun is in the community.

Our Strength & Conditioning classes utilise the full 60 minutes on most occasions. This is to develop quality movement patterns by ensuring we go through specific warm up and movement demonstrations so you get the best out of each session you attend. Our workouts are never the same and our programming provides a fresh experience that will leave you burning calories long after.

You are ready to go! Once you have completed the Beginner Classes you are ready to jump into our regular classes. All classes are coached by our highly experienced team, with the intent to not only give you a great workout, but provide you the very best hour of your day.

We provide Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching to work with people from all walks of life. Our goal is to educate people on a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We provide the knowledge and tools for you to understand your own body better and take control of your own health journey to be the best version of yourself.

KELLY
Kelly grew up playing softball and tennis and having a love of all things fitness, mind, and body. So opening a Fitness Facility was a dream come true! Kelly now focuses on helping others become the best version of themselves. Seeing members reach personal goals and triumphs is such a very rewarding process and something she is very passionate about.
Vural
Vural has been coaching and participating within the CrossFit community for over 10 years, he loves joining in on classes with members when possible and is our weightlifting technique guru. Vural has a keen eye for movement quality and is very focused on having you correctly move at a pace safe for you.
Maz
With over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry, previous CrossFit affiliate owner and training instructor in the Air Force, Maz brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and passion for the CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting to CrossFit Motion
Andy
Training in CrossFit for the past 10 years Andy has a passion for training and getting people moving to help improve their daily life. I spent 6 years in the navy training and travelling around and then made the move to become a firefighter where I’ve continued to train and maintain the passion for keeping people moving and motivated to live a healthy daily life. All about having fun making people feel better and helping people hit their goals.
harrison
Completed year 12 at St Joes College in 2021 and shortly after completed his Level 1 In CrossFit. He coaches classes through the week while maintaining a traineeship with Lower Murray Water and has been a member of CrossFit Motion for the past 4 years.
